Rose brings a wealth of knowledge and experience at the highest levels of government to regulatory policy and practice including compliance and enforcement. She is currently Chair of the ANZSOG National Regulators Community of Practice which brings together regulators across the states and territories to share insights and learnings. She spent her career working in Australian and international regulators across consumer, safety, environmental, corporate and competition policy areas. Most recently she was the Deputy Secretary Better Regulation Division including SafeWork and Commissioner for NSW Fair Trading, between November 2017 and December 2021. She has participated in previous shared insights with ABRI members on regulatory best practice and how the battery recycling industry can position itself for the future.
