Rebecca has supported hundreds of companies to access Government funding across the circular economy, energy and renewables, manufacturing and related sectors. As RSM’s National Grants Manager, she has a thorough understanding of funding programs and the art of preparing compelling submissions.

Prior to her decade in consulting, she worked for water and wastewater engineering projects, as an advisor for international aid organisations and as an engineering lecturer at the University of New South Wales. With a PhD in Environmental Engineering, Rebecca combines commercial acumen with deep technical expertise.
