Dr. Deepak Dubal is a Professor at Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Australia. He is prolific, well-cited, and multiple-fellowship-winning scientist with more than 15 years of experience in various battery chemistries. His achievements are honoured by several prestigious fellowships such as Brain Korea-21 (South Korea), Alexander von Humboldt (Germany), Marie Curie Fellow (Spain) and ARC - Future Fellowship (Australia). He has also contributed over 250 peer reviewed journal articles. Being a battery material scientist, his research is widely focused on battery recycling, resource recovery and repurposing of battery materials. The main goal of his research is providing sustainable strategy to reduce carbon footprints and help to address energy security and climate change issues that currently challenge the global community.
