Peter is Principal at Modifca Advisory, a specialist infrastructure advisory firm. His experience includes leadership roles in the public and private sector in transport and infrastructure. He is an internationally recognised leader in infrastructure policy, most recently leading policy development and reform for the Australian Government’s independent infrastructure advisor, Infrastructure Australia. This included expanding the focus to include waste and recycling infrastructure and transitioning to net zero.

Previously, Peter held senior roles in Australia’s largest membership organisation, the NRMA, the largest public transport operator, Keolis Downer, and motorway operator, Transurban. Peter also is a regular guest lecturer in the UNSW and UTS infrastructure programmes. As a member of the NRMA executive, Peter has been at the forefront of a generational change in transport services, championing the adoption of connected and autonomous vehicle technology, electric vehicle adoption and new models of transport service provision. He was also a non-executive director at ClubAssist.
